Return & Cancellation Policy
At Divanitalia, customer satisfaction is our priority. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations after this period, but before production starts, may incur an administrative fee (shared in advance). Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted except in cases of company error. For cancellations after dispatch, applicable shipping and handling charges will be deducted. In the rare event of company-initiated cancellations due to material unavailability or pricing discrepancies, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. However, for delays caused by third-party logistics (especially outside Bangalore), relevant delivery charges may apply.
Return, Exchange & Refunds
Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Exchanges for such cases will be arranged within 7–15 business days post-inspection. Refunds for eligible claims are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Please note, custom-made items, natural variations in handcrafted products, or damage from misuse are non-refundable. For deliveries outside Bangalore, all orders are insured, and any transit damage will involve a joint investigation with our logistics and insurance partners.
