After placing a custom-made order, you must reconfirm all details (size, finish, material, layout) to ensure accuracy before we begin processing. This helps us prevent any production discrepancies or delays.

Raw Material Procurement

  • Procurement begins within 2 business days of order reconfirmation.

  • If selected raw materials are unavailable, we will immediately inform you to suggest suitable alternatives without impacting timelines.

Pre-Dispatch Verification

Before dispatching your order, our sales executive will contact you for a final confirmation of specifications and delivery preferences. This step ensures your order is fulfilled exactly as expected.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks from dispatch.

  • Peak Seasons / Delays: During high demand or unforeseen logistics delays, delivery can extend up to 6 weeks. You will be informed of any such delays in advance.
